Today we set out from Pheriche (14,000 ft) and hiked up to a ridge above Dingboche, topping out around 16,700 feet.
The altitude hit hard-definitely the toughest day so far-but the views made it worth every step. Surrounded by Himalayan giants like Ama Dablam and Lhotse, it felt like we were walking through a postcard.
After the climb, we dropped down into Dingboche and grabbed lunch at the 4410 Café
—a cozy little spot named after the village's elevation.
Big elevation gain, thin air, tired legs-but we're one step closer to base camp and feeling strong.#nangkartshang
