Everest base camp! (3 pics)

We arrived into base camp three days ago. We've spent the last two days settling into our encampment, which is located about a quarter mile from the Khumbu ice fall. Today (April 23) the group went through an ascender (steep uphill pitches) and belaying (steep downhill pitches) training - simulating the Khumbu ice fall and sections above Camp One.
