Hypoxic Training

A few people asked about our training so thought I’d post a few videos. Part of my training has involved simulated altitude exposure using an altitude generator. In this clip, I’m doing Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) with a mask at altitudes between 9,000–12,000 ft.
On top of that, I’m sleeping in a hypoxic tent every night—currently at 12,000 feet—to help my body adjust to low-oxygen environments. The idea is to increase red blood cell production, improve oxygen delivery, and lower the risk of altitude sickness.
Fingers crossed it works. Everest, here we come.
